Flat 4, Chapel Hill

Nice property however the communication in the lead up to our stay was poor. We had no instructions on check in and found it difficult to speak to anyone with questions we had about a travel cot (there isn't one available). The property itself was nice enough but did have quite a few areas that needed attention like a broken fridge (there was another provided) , broken sink plug and quite a few chipped/cracked glasses. There was quite a lot of noise from the flat above - mainly just regular family noise which was OK for us as a family, but I wouldn't recommend of you are a light sleeper. It really needds some sort of booklet with information on things like where to put rubbish. Location was good and there was plenty of storage space for stuff in the kitchen and bedrooms. Overall we thought it was quite overpriced for our stay compared to other places we have stayed nearby, but we did have a nice time.
